I came here for my top surgery and I had a great experience! Dr. Baltrusch did beautiful work on my chest, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. I felt informed and respected through the entire process. Everyone was also excellent about using they/them and were very considerate as to what terms I preferred. I had about a 6 month wait time from the inital consultation to my surgery day (end of Oct-early April). All in all, I absolutely recommend coming here for gender affirming care.

From start to finish, Dr. O'Brien and the team at Portland Plastic Surgery Group have gone above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience for my breast reduction surgery. I met Dr. Baltrusch after I received the news that I had breast cancer and needed a mastectomy. Dr. Baltrusch went over all the options with me and answered all my questions. I decided to get an implant on the right side and a breast lift on the left. Dr. Baltrusch does beautiful work and I am very pleased with the results. I enjoyed having him as my surgeon and would highly recommend him to anyone. So I went in to get my nevus sebaceous removed after a couple of consultations at some other plastic surgeons ,and this place gave me the best quote by far and the nicest surgeons. Dr. Colleen is an amazing doctor!!! I would recommend her to everyone!!!! She is awesome, And does amazing work.!

Being a woman who had two different types of left breast cancer, 8 years apart , which received radiation and lost an implant to a massive MRSA infection . I sent my records to one of the leading breast cancer surgeons in the country . After his review, his reply was
“This is not a simple problem . The irradiated breast often has problems with implant reconstruction.
Now that you have had an infection and the implant removed, the next time is even more dangerous” He thought I might have to go flat … He cautioned me to pick my plastic surgeon wisely with suggestion to go to OHSU or San Francisco .After doing my research I wisely chose Dr. Zegzula of the Portland Plastic Surgery Group.
Dr Zegzula’s exam was thorough and thoughtful , also noting I was indeed a high risk patient . He was able to come up with a plan that left me with two beautiful breasts. !
Not only as a patient but as a RN of almost 50 years I have to say Dr Zegzula is one of the finest doctors I have ever met .
Also his staff went above and beyond to answer-all my questions and quickly got back to me knowing I was a pt with an very high anxiety level.

After doing extensive research (I’m talking years here) I decided to go with Dr. Austin Hayes for my breast augmentation. I had such a positive experience I don’t even know where to begin. Dr. Hayes is a master at his craft and it shows in his work. Throughout the whole process, from my initial consult to the day of my surgery, he was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my implant size. I thought I’d be nervous on the day of my procedure but Dr. Hayes has a very calming demeanor and impeccable bedside manner. My surgery was a breeze, and my recovery even more so. I took Tylenol for the first day and that was all I needed. I am beyond happy with my results and so appreciative of Dr. Hayes and his team!

Dr. Hayes is amazing! He is an architect of plastic surgery. I am 2 weeks post op from a lower body lift and lateral thigh lipo. My scar is already looking soooooo good, and my new belly button is so natural and cute. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes. Also Brittany was my nurse and has been helping me through this process. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zegzula and the entire team at Portland Plastic Surgery Group. My results are exactly what I wanted and recovery was much easier than I thought it would be. I was treated with white gloves through every step of the process, from the first consultation through my post-op follow up appointments. I couldn’t recommend this group of medical professionals more highly.

Dr. O'Brien was nothing short of amazing!  Her vast knowledge of skin, facial construction, and even general medicine is vast, indeed.  She answered every single question I had and a few more I didn't yet know I'd have. She is very pleasant and conversational as well (despite being brilliant!).  This was the best $50 I've spent in years, and she have me even more than the allotted hour.  Martha, the facial peel specialist, was also great. She is very knowledgeable and has a fascinating life story.  I haven't had any work done yet, so I will update the review as I do.

I just had Breast implants done by Dr. Kyle Baltrusch and I absolutely suggest him. I’m so happy with the results and he is so nice an listens to you about what you want done. I went from an a cup to a full c and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Zegzula was professional and personable during appointments and I had complete trust in his abilities leading up to surgery. Recovery and healing was incredibly fast with ideal outcome and minimal scarring. Dr. Zegzula said good health helps with that, but I'm sure his skills and precise work contributed. I'm so glad I chose him as my surgeon! I also cannot speak enough of the great bedside manners, not just from Dr.Z, but the entire staff. I was always greeted by my first name and it felt like the entire staff genuinely enjoyed doing their job. Highly recommended.

I have the hugest crush on Portland Plastic Surgery Group!  I had a procedure in March of 2018 and I couldn't be happier!  I laugh when I tell people how pleased I am that I'm not sure who is more excited about the results, me or Dr. Popowich.  Serious high five doc!! What a life changing experience.  If you are thinking about it, do it. The office is lovely, and everyone that I have interacted with is amazing!  No one tried to up-sell me or tell me to do more, and I felt respected and valued as a person.

Dr. Popowich and his staff were all very professional and caring. From my innitial consultation through my recovery I felt that my concerns and questions were directly addressed.  I never felt any pressure or judgement when discussing options and knew I had  a say in every aspect of my procedure. Doctor O'Brien was a delight from beginning to end! I'm retired, she customized my surgery from a full on neck lift under anesthesia to performing a local in the office to make it affordable for me! She's an artist! My neck is beautiful! Yesterday was my two wk post op appt. The staff is so warm and lovely you just want to take them home with you! I wouldn't have put this off so long if I'd known about her sooner.

I am forever grateful that I was lucky enough to find my way to Dr. Zegzula. When it came time to make the hard decision to have a preventive mastectomy, I knew I also wanted to have reconstruction. He had been my sister’s surgeon as she moved through reconstruction after a breast cancer diagnosis and she couldn’t speak higher of his care and attention to detail.
