Dr. Baltrusch performed surgery on this 63 year-old woman with breast cancer. Dr. Baltrusch performed a 2 stage breast reconstruction, placing tissue expanders and in the second stage placing 325cc Sientra HSC+ Smooth Round Implants as well as fat grafting to both breasts. the after photos were taken 4 months after surgery. The patient was very pleased with her results!
